These terms govern the use of the service available at social-boost.uk, operated by Social Boost. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose of the service

Social Boost is a platform giving access to growth services for social networks: followers, views, likes and interactions. These services are carried out by third-party providers to whom Social Boost passes on your orders.

2. Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• The information you provide must be accurate. An account created with false information may be suspended.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any action taken from your account.
• Creating several accounts in order to get around a limit, a suspension or a promotional offer is prohibited.

3. Balance and payments

• The service works on a prepaid balance. You top up an amount, and each order is debited from that balance.
• The balance can only be used on Social Boost. It is neither transferable to another user nor convertible into cash.
• The prices displayed at the time of the order are the ones that apply. They may change at any time for future orders, with no effect on orders already placed.
• A payment established as fraudulent leads to the cancellation of the corresponding credit and to the suspension of the account.

4. Orders and delivery

• The balance is debited when the order is created. If the order cannot be passed on, the amount is credited back automatically.
• The times shown are observed averages, not contractual commitments. They depend on the providers and on the target platform.
• The link you provide must be public and correct at the time of the order. An order placed on a wrong or private link, or on a link made unreachable during delivery, cannot be refunded.
• Do not change the username or the privacy setting of the target account during delivery: doing so interrupts the order with no way to resume it.

5. Refunds

• An order that never starts is refunded in full to your balance.
• A partially delivered order is refunded in exact proportion to the quantity not delivered.
• Refunds are made to the Social Boost balance, not to the original payment method.
• No refund is due where the failure results from incorrect information supplied with the order.

6. Third-party platform terms

Important. Social networks have their own terms of use, which restrict or prohibit the use of audience growth services. Using Social Boost may be contrary to the terms of the platform concerned.

It is your responsibility to read those terms before placing an order. Social Boost cannot be held liable for a restriction, a suspension or a deletion of your account decided by a third-party platform.

7. Prohibited uses

• Ordering for an account or a post you do not control.
• Using the service for harassment, disinformation, or any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to access the platform or another account without authorisation.
• Reselling access to the service without prior written authorisation.

8. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical incident, or provider failure.

9. Liability

Social Boost’s liability in respect of an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. It does not cover indirect losses, in particular loss of revenue, opportunity or reputation.

10. Suspension and closure

An account that has breached these terms may be suspended or closed. Where an account is closed for proven fraud, the remaining balance may be withheld. You may ask for your account to be closed at any time by writing to support.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended. Any substantial change is flagged on this page and notified by email to registered users. Continuing to use the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
